Berlin-City-Puzzle
This room installation by the artist is a relief-like wall puzzle. The puzzle’s image is a collaged historical panorama of Berlin at the close of the 20th century, showing the politically historical state of upheaval and renewal of the “divided” city – and thus the beginning of a new era in Germany, the “Berlin republic”.
Jo Oberhäuser
Born in 1958 in Cologne.
1982-88 studies at the University of Applied Sciences Cologne for art and design,
Study program Free Art / Free Graphic with Prof. Sovák.
Lives and works as a freelance artist in Cologne.
Working in private and public collections.
Since 1990 various exhibitions in Germany and abroad.
